that is5 buff needs to go through tbh, that tank is so aids to play that the only possible reason to play it now is by selecting the wrong tank loading into battle

121b kinda iffy tho... rest are actually perfectly fine imo depending on what WG means by complex turret armor

IS5 will now be an IS3 with a big worse soft stats and WAY worse accuracy as IS3, but more gun depression and i guess better armour? (and same speed)

KV4 dunno, the normal KV4 is quite good, this one is a tiny bit faster, with way less dpm and gun handling and worse armour also, this change will only make it faster and less anooying to play...

the chieftain looks interesting though, not good, but its a nice looking tank, if it doesnt suk dik after this buff, i might get that one

Kinda Wish I had the 121b now instead of M60 but it will all depend on which tank gets how much armor. If they make m60 a worse leopard that can hull down I will not say no to it.

They will prolly make M60 turret trollish, like they did with M48.

M60 still has a super long reload though.

As for the 121B, I didnt think it needed any substantial buffs, not that substantial at least.

 

all the others (depending on what M60 gets) I dont disagree with the buffs at all

my bet they are somewhat copy and pasting the M48 turret to the M60. More armor, maybe same tumor rework and they call it a day.

And I still don´t know, even after all this years, why they wont just give it the A3 turret.
It would make the tank look so much cooler. And it would finally be a bit different to the M48.
And please don´t give me this "it is too modern. Realism yada yada" This ship has long sailed.

Tbh making the m60 more like amx30b but with pen would probably make it more fun than making it another hull down tank.

Don't. It's megashit. It's so shit that it only took me 2.4k dpg to 3 Mark it and get highest DPG on NA back when it was given out from clanwars. The gun sucks, the pen sucks, the mobility sucks, the armor sucks, it's huge, it's penetrated by arty reliably, it's sides are overmatched by 120s and higher. And worst of all you can only sell it for 1k credits. The buffs take it from worst tier8 med to.... still the worst tier8 med. Please don't waste your bonds on this shitheap. Id feel so bad seeing someone suffer the way I've suffered.

its only about a half second longer 8 sec reload compared to 8.4, M60 also gets better aimtime/dispersion with the same gun handling as the M48. and obviously way better mobility 

so honestly depending on what these armor changes are it could easily replace the M48, but again that heavily depends on what WG does with its armor.

The thing mostly suffered from low DPM, bad gun handling and meh mobility. Well, that and having the worst aspects of both the Chieftain (the hull) and the T95 (the turret). Now I haven't played in a while, but they are adressing a large part of the issues. It won't be stellar, but it certainly can't be the worst of the bunch anymore.

It will be. It's like a CDC that gets some "bounce once in a million years" armor in exchange for being slower and bigger and having less DPM. It's like a bastard Child of the Renegade and the pre 2 buffs superpershing having all the worst qualities of both.

Not sure they've posted an armor model, but they listed the armor value for the turret the same as the m48 I believe.
