Never really got why clans put statistic standards that nearly half of their members don't even meet.

How did you get into your own clan?

HappyAuer has been around for a long time, and as it turns out gud@management is more important for clan health than gud@tanks. 

 

The reason clans put out requirements that "half their members don't meet" is because they want to encourage stronger players to join. All clans have player turnover, so there are usually slots to fill. If you can fill that slot with a player that is better than whoever just left, then your clan has stronger resources. It is in this way that clans grow.

Most of us try to avoid shitpoasting. I mean, could you imagine? If Relic has as many shitpoasters as PBKAC we'd never get out of war. PBKAC gets by with their shitpoasters because Ziddy placates everyone. Loz antagonizes just about everyone.

idk about you but as a soldier that doesn't particularly care about clan politics and whatnot, I quite enjoy fighting people. Clam wars are fun - if we weren't fighting someone every day that I'm online, WoT would be a lot more boring for me.

Just so its clear, I understand that administrative ability often trumps skill at the game. Things like availability, proper tanks, history with a group, etc etc. I poked HappyAuer because "generic WGNA forum recruiting post with pretty pictures" is below the WoTLabs standard of communication and ability to evaluate gameplay and players. That kind of post and standard might work on other forums, in the bigger pool, but as of now, on WoTLabs we have better players, and the advertisement for their loyalty and services should be better. Better ads would attract better players, more specific writing on possibly mitigating factors might get that extra guy to apply who is a real catch. 

 

And, only 39 players in REL-2 meet that standard, but hey its true for every single clan from -G- on down :-D

 

RELIC is a good outfit and loz is a strong leader. I don't want to antagonize them, but everyone can up their game a little for WoTLabs readers.

Happy has been with Relic for a long time, and is a great recruiter (except for letting Orien in, lulz).

Loyalty is important to some clans.
