I wish I had the upstream bandwidth needed for livestreams. Hell, even for youtube uploads.

OT: <3 263. My highest w/r tier 10, I believe. Too bad I'm on self imposed tanks exile.

Any reason lfp is not where to shoot it?

Any reason lfp is not where to shoot it?

It's tiny and easy to hide. If you can hit it though, it's got the transmission hitbox. Basically, fire and damaged engine at a similar rate that the E100 has.

The mantle also requires a high pen gun to get through. 250mm armor at a slight angle.

Love it. It's bounced so many monster TD shells from people that think they don't need to bother aiming. I think the highest potential I've come out of a match alive with was around 12,000.

I was doing pretty damn good in it until about the 50-game mark. Then I learned that Xanax and tanks do not mix for me. I wish I could get a decal on the side that said "Potatoe Wagon".

Whats the yolo ability of this tank?

I love the foch for the speed+armor+gun, but whenever I platoon with a 263, the driver usually bitches nonstop about getting bullshit pens on their tank.

The yolo is dependent upon the skill of your enemy, as with most tanks. However, in this case, it's either the enemy has no idea how to shoot your tank and you are god; or the enemy knows how to pen you, and you can take actions to mitigate their ability and DPM them down (in which case you're still driving a great tank).

The speed / turning feels about as good or better than the F155's. The gun handling is MUCH better, the accuracy is very good, the reload time is fantastic (I run AFE, Large Rep, Extra Rations and get 8.7s or so) for a 550 damage gun. Crew death isn't too common thanks to the good armor. I've only been penned by arty once or twice. The UFP is immune to all gold rounds except the 268's, and even then it's iffy. The superstructure is immune to all non-gold, and most gold rounds otherwise unless it is a tier 10 TD. All in all, I'd say the yolo ability is fantastic, especially with the 3,000 base DPM.

EDIT: forgot to mention the 22kph reverse speed. You can back the fuck up when you need to, way better than with any autoloader.

Isn't the gun mantlet pretty weak though?

250 with decent slope isn't really "weak," but it is weaker than the rest of the superstructure. That said, it is weak to gold rounds. Most pubbies don't think to shoot at the gun mantlet though, since that is autobounce on almost all tanks.

Ahh OK.  I just generally remember to shoot Mantlet or LFP.  Both aren't easy to aim in at really but best options.  Oddly enough E3 mantlet has some of its worst weak spots, but also difficult to pinpoint.

It is also an incredible sniper. If peoples tries to shoot you from afar: *ting ting ting ting Track Hit ting ting*

when half the game is done, you can easily start hunting the others. or when everyone is camping, it's 410 view range can easily spot those bitches.

Example of screw camping

Artillery will often kill half of your crew with just splash damage (see that video @ 1:11). And since arti. numbers are climbing again I would think twice before grinding it now.

Just picked this up a couple days ago. Not sure how I'd like it as I generally have a thing against casemate TDs, but it seems decent so far. First match was good fun even if I lost, managed to do well even with 90% crew. Got Himmelsdorf, dealt ~6.4k damage, 5 kills, with ~5.5k potential damage from a bunch of people plinking harmlessly off my prow. T32 even tried to get around me only to discover, much to his horror, that the 263 backs up nearly as fast as he goes forward. It didn't end well for him. Then I was slain by a Rheinmetall at the end, although my chances of snatching victory were pretty slim at that point.

Edit: Just got Ace in a city brawl on Lakeville. Not one point of damage taken. This armor is absurd.
