113 is currently the best pubstomping tier 10 right now, and it's strengths carry across to organised play quite easily. It has medium tank speed, workable Armour and the dpm of a 215b (Leo 1 as well) with 440 alpha, it's buffs make it a prime choice for exports. 

The 215b on the other hand has never been buffed and has remained the same since day 1, 2.5k hp, 7s reload with 400 alpha and the best gun handling of any tank at tier 10 except for maybe the 62a. It also has an awesome apcr round and HESH (120 pen)

Not actually true. It was nerfed two patches after it's release. It's original values for gun handling meant it effectively had no bloom at all and you could rrr right click left click better than any other tank then in the game. It also had a 6.5s reload IIRC.

113 OP af. I found it a decent/workable tank before the buffs, after the buffs it is just godly. Nice armour, gun and speed, you can't ask for much more.

Still have record on ASIA for armour efficiency on 113 :). Iron was close but 0.88>0.82

will look up patch notes when I get home but I clearly remember it being nerfed. Although now I think about it it might have been nerfed between final 8.3/4 test and implementation.

I do remember a nerf similar to what you originally said. Reload time IIRC got nerfed after initial release.

I do vaguely remember that now, I think the Armour changes is what convinced me to finish the Conquerer grind. It's a shame I didn't buy it before that, that gun handling and reload must have been insane, even with the Armour been more rubbish than it is now

The 13 90 to 8 LT comparison is a bit like the bat chat compared to the other 10 meds.

It is best in class at some shit, but rubbish at others.

Personally i was particularly chuffed the other day when my 132 managed 2 zero damage crits on a 41 GF. Because RNG.
