I just saw Bunraku. A very different film, as implied by the title. But A martial starts movie/performance art with Woody Harrelson, Demi Moore, Ron Perlman, Josh Hartnet and Gackt seemed interesting, and it was.

I saw that.

It was like they had about seven great ideas for a sylised revenge action flick but couldn't decide which of them to actually do so they did all of them.

It's not what I'd call a good movie. In fact it's a total mess in most ways, but it's a very stylish mess.

Oldboy (The original 2003 Korean one, not the godawful 2013 'Murican remake)

Natural Born Killers

If you like Oldboy never, try "I saw the Devil" and "New World". Both are absolutely fantastic pieces of Korean cinema

I can go ahead and knock Django and Pulp Fiction off my list of "how haven't I seen this", went ahead and watched them both. I preferred Pulp Fiction over Django, but enjoyed them both! Let's see what else you shitlords have dug up for me.

Fan of Edward Nortan? American history X and rounders are both great!

Gangs of New york, American Gangster, Lock stock and two smoking barrels, and I'm guessing you've seen Shawshank Redemption?

Tv Shows? Couple must watch tv series I would have to go with would be Breaking Bad, Game of thrones and True detective.

Seriously I went and watched that in the theater (in 3D, no less) like 4 times. By myself. Just because. One of my favorite movies ever.

We own it. I collect kid movies that don't make want to stab my eyeballs out.

I can live with watching some MLP.... Dora however, I want to kill that little bitch.

How to Train Your Dragon? I'll stop playing tanks and watch with her.

The Disney Faerie movies are pretty good. (Tinkerbell in the land of ****) Igor. (Eddie Izzard as an Evil Genious? Yes Please) Open Season. (Its got Scottish Chipmunks) ANYTHING by They Might Be Giants.

Spaceballs

Animal House

Tucker and Dale vs Evil

Goon

Bronson

Ong Bak the Thai Warrior (Foreign)

Chocolate (Foreign)

Raging Pheonix (Foreign)

Sex Drive

District 13 (Foreign)

The Big Lebowski (I'm an ordained Dudeist priest afterall lol)

The Good, the Bad, the Weird (Foreign)

Bunraku

Ha Ha... Dead Snow is Hilariously bad, loved it.

Trolls is an awesome one. Its on Netflicks. Its like a "Blair Witch" style documentary of "Bear Poacher" in Norway. Obviously by the title of the film he isn't a bear poacher.

In Bruges was weirdly funny.

Another movie in the same vein was Memory of a Killer.  It is about an assassin who developers Alzheimer's in the middle of a contract.

Playing off others..

Someone mentioned Gyllenhall, watch Secretary.  Its great with James Spader as his best creepy self.

Sela, if you like anime, you have to like Ponyo.  I don't know how they could afford to get Neeson, Blanchett, Damon, Fey, Leachman, among others for the voiceover, but it works.

I liked Ponyo, but Mononoke and Spirited Away are the best two in my opinion.
